Holiday house

Located in the heart of Broadbeach Waters, everything is at your fingertips.

Enjoy alfresco dining facing east onto the main canal with views of the famous Gold Coast skyline. Relax by the fully enclosed child-friendly pool and spa with its adjoining entertainment area complete with outdoor table, couches and plasma TV, curl up inside in front of the new 50-inch Panasonic HD Plasma TV complete and challenge yourself playing Nintendo Wii, or go fishing on your private and secure pontoon - the options are endless!

Featuring open-plan living and dining fully equipped with quality appliances for cooking up your own banquet to serve up in any of the 3 gorgeous entertaining areas.

There is also a separate retreat, with its own bathroom and TV - perfect for that extra couple, or teenagers to have their own space. This retreat is the 4th bedroom to this 3 bedroom main house.

My party of 10 had a fantastic time during our weekend at Maureen Oasis.
The open plan house had no problems catering to 10 people comfortably. The little things set this house apart from the other available, such as 2 Kayaks & fishing gear for guests use. As well as a very well appointed kitchen with full sets of crockery & cooking utensils. I would also like to thank the owners for being very reasonable & prompt throughout the entire process. I would recommend for both families & small groups alike.

- Bedroom 4 (separate retreat): 1x Queen bed, with ensuite bathroom and sofa couch

Lounge in the main living room also is a double fold out bed.

Sleeps 9, with extra bedding and space for up to 14.

All linen and towels provided for your convenience.

All rooms fitted with air conditioners for you to adjust to your needs.

Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge/freezer and wine/beer fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop and oven.

Open plan living with comfortable and relaxing leather sofas in front of the new 50-inch Panasonic Full HD Plasma TV, DVD player and Wii Nintendo with variety of games.

Washing machine with powder, dryer, iron all provided.

LOCATION:
Within walking distance or a quick 2-minute drive to anything you could need -Pacific Fair, Jupiters Casino, Oasis Broadbeach Mall bustling with restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, sparkling nightlife and of course the spectacular beaches of the Gold Coast, this residence is convenient, giving you more time to holiday and less time travelling.

Waterfront deck, with alfresco dining options, all fenced for security.
Fully-fenced and gated pool with spa (unheated), with adjoining entertainment area - perfect for poolside drinks, games or movies from the wall mounted TV.

Private pontoon and boat ramp for the boating fanatics. A quick canal away from the broadwater for fishing and cruising. We've got the rods and tackle - you bring in the catch! We also have kayaks for your leisure and so you can admire the house from the water.

Down the road from the Golf Course and 15 minute drive to the Gold Coast theme parks and Currumbin Bird Sanctuary.

Booking information

Maureen Oasis is a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your holiday but we do have neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and keep noise to a minimum!

If you would like to proceed and secure your booking please confirm by email and we will send you details regarding how to complete the booking. We require a 50% deposit by either credit card (surcharges apply) or direct bank deposit.

The remaining balance of 50% must be paid two weeks prior to your arrival.

Tariff is based on average 9 person adult stay, with additional surcharges per adult and child, as detailed in the booking email.

Deposits can only be refunded if we can re-book the entire time you were allocated.

We ACCEPT bookings for family groups or couples.

We do NOT accept bookings for schoolies.

We do NOT accept bookings for parties. This property has a no large party or function policy.

A security bond is required by way of credit card or direct bank deposit.

Coolangatta airport is 27km and a 20min drive away.
Brisbane airport is a 60 min drive or train ride away.
Nerang or Robina train stations are both a 15min drive.
Car rental and taxi services available at airports.
