Three bedroom/two bathroom fully tiled family home located in the heart of the Gold Coast. This spacious home has lovely open plan air-conditioned kitchen and living areas which look out to an undercover patio and down to the canal. This property is fully fenced with remote undercover security parking for two cars and also another secure parking area for your boat or extra cars (not undercover).

The main bedroom is very spacious and includes a king size bed, large walk in robe, ensuite with double vanity and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed with built in robe and ceiling fan and the third bedroom has two single beds, built in robe and ceiling fan, all the bedrooms have new carpet. The kitchen is very modern and has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven, this overlooks the living area and dining area which has split system air-conditioning The main bathroom is located just off the second and third bedrooms and has a large spa bath and a separate shower. The laundry is separate and has a washing machine only.

There is a lovely undercover patio out the back with a new outdoor setting and bbq. This home is located just behind the casino and is a short walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre and the centre of Broadbeach. There is a boat ramp located down the road which is perfect for those families wanting to get out and do some fishing over the Christmas holidays, your family pet is also welcome!

Linen is not supplied, you are welcome to bring your own or our office and we can arrange it for you. Blankets and pillows are provided.
