Holiday house

Fantastic family holiday house close to shopscasino and beach

Renovated three bed, two bath holiday hosue located a short walk from Beach and Shopping at Broadbeach.

Spacious Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe, ensuite with spa bath and private doorway to outdoor entertaining area as well as ceiling fan, air-conditioner, t.v.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air-conditioner, ceiling fan & built in robes.

Bedroom 3 has Queen bed & ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully self contained and includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge & oven.

There is a separate loungedining area with ceiling fans and an air-conditioner. It also features a large plasma t.v, pay t.v & dvd player. The laundry is separate and contains a washing machine & dryer. Out the back there is another sitting area over looking the canal and is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink.

This family home is located 2 minutes drive to the Gold Coast Convention Centre and approx 5 minutes drive to the beach and shops.

Remote double lock up garage and plenty of off street parking available.
