With 3.4 metre ceilings, the rejuvinated interior radiates a unique sense of both space and intimacy. The airconditioned master bedroom opens to a covered deck and also walk through wardrobes to a two way bathroom with large spa.

A laundry and second toilet ajoin a gallery style study with french doors opening out to the courtyard. Fully equipped,stylish kitchen and dining/lounge areas link to a verandah with park views, plus the covered deck, ideal for outdoor dining and barbeques, then courtyard with fountain.

An internal staircase leads to the lower level with an airconditioned third bedroom, storeroom and lockup garage.

For your security and privacy the property is fully fenced with locking gates.

Locality

Inner city living ,at its very best, in a low traffic street in the heart of fashionable Paddington !

As well as all the facilities and exciting shopping so close by in the Brisbane City Centre and Queen Street Mall,you can walk to transport, 4 local hotels, night clubs, resturants, banks, boutiques, galleries, antique shops, upmarket shopping, supermarket and convenience stores, gourmet and fast food outlets plus late night pharmacy.

For sports enthusiasts, Suncorp Stadium(Lang Park), Ballymore Stadium, Victoria Park Golf Course, the Broncos'League Club and Paddington Swimming Pool are all nearby.

There is also easy access to all City Hospitals, QUT Kelvin Grove Campus, Brisbane Gramma Schools, plus Roma Street and Southbank Parklands.
