This charming 3 bedroom Colonial home is perfectly located in the inner city suburb of Redhill.

14 Westbury Street is a gorgeous example of a restored Queenslander, and is a lovely retreat for your holiday or business trip, as well as excellent family accommodation.

3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, and pets are welcome in the fully fenced yard. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Located in a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac in Red Hill, just 1 kms north of the city, it is surrounded by local shopping, cafes and restaurants

FEATURES:
Newly renovated characterful Queenslander home with original features. Polished wooden floors, high ceilings and furnished to a high standard.

3 double bedrooms: Elegant main bedroom with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space; 2nd br with Queen bed; 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with all the appliances and fittings you need for catering - including dishwasher, fridge, gas stove and microwave.

3 covered decks to choose from depending on the time of day. The deck from the kitchen is perfect for a sunny breakfast, whilst the front balcony has city views and cool breezes.

The house is opposite the bustling urban village, which is home to Queensland University Technology (QUT), supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. On Saturday mornings there is the Blamey Street market.
