1 minute walk to Hawthorne Oval (footie park), 3 minute walk to Hawthorne Movie house. City cat is a 10 min walk through Hawthorne Park and we recommend a trip to South Bank on the ferry where you can visit Street's Beach, Museums, Art Galleries, Botanical Gardens etc. Our local bakery is less than 1 minute walk with Oxford street in Bulimba 2 min drive hosting a large number of restaurants and caf's.

10 minute drive to Carindale Shopping Centre & less than an hour to drive to the Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise and Theme Parks) or Sunshine Coast (beaches North of the city.)



Although beautifully appointed to meet executive needs, the home is also ideal for families - who will enjoy the outdoor pool & amenities. Children will be able to use my son's sandpit & toys if requested, as well as make use of the upstairs nursery.
