A five minute walk will find you in trendy Oxford Street, one of the most popular cafe, restaurant, movie and boutique shopping precincts in Brisbane.

Alternatively, you can catch a ferry (from 2 minutes walk away from the villa) across the river to two other renowned restaurant and entertainment districts, Portside and Racecourse Road in Hamilton and Ascot.

You can continue on your ferry(CityCat) ride all along the Brisbane river, taking you to the city and all the Brisbane Hot Spots


Parking is on a quiet street and there are 25 stairs leading to the private entrance of the villa. Alternatively, there is a walk through easement. You are able to drive up to the property for the purpose of dropping off luggage items.

The property has two carpeted bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has french doors leading out onto the large private courtyard.

THERE IS ALSO A LARGE THIRD BEDROOM WITH BUILT IN WARDROBES AND A VERY COMFORTABLE DOUBLE SOFA BED. THIS ROOM IS AUTOMATICALLY OPENED UP FOR GROUPS OR FAMILIES THAT INCLUDE MORE THAN 4 GUESTS.
