Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Beautiful, stylish and modern near new home located in the inner city suburb of Hamilton. Features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds all located upstairs, study, 2 bathrooms plus toilet downstairs. The master bedroom is large and spacious with ensuite and balcony to sit back, relax and unwind. Hamilton is located only 5 kilometers from the Brisbane CBD and with all forms of public transport available. It is only 500 metres to the train station and bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the Brisbane River were you can catch the City Cat Ferry into the CBD, Southbank or other riverside suburbs. Or hop on board a train and head off to the Gold Coast. Hamilton is located only 8 kilometres from the Brisbane Airport and within walking distance to Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses. Cafes, restaurants and shops are just a short 10 minute stroll away.
