There is one step into the front and out of the back doors. No ramps. The showers are both equipped with hand-held showers and rails and a shower seat can be made available. Both toilets have rails. The home is single storey and the land is level.

There is a bus stop within 100 m of the home, travelling both to Victoria point, Cleveland and Capalaba. At Cleveland there is a train connection for Brisbane and Greater Brisbane areas. At Capalaba there is a bus terminal for buses to suburban locations such as Carindale and Garden City. Both major shopping precincts.

We service the property weekly. All furnishings and fittings are of a high quality and the property is private and secure.

We also have a high chair for small children available upon request. The home is very well-maintained and has been utilised by families with children from newborn to 16 years of age. There is a playground in adjacent parkland and the garden is fully fenced and secure for small children, with room to run around in.

Pet friendly


Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

Cats and dogs, if well behaved, are permitted inside, but not on furniture without a pet cover.
The home has a laundry and garage if pets are needing to be isolated for sleeping purposes. There is also a covered outdoor area where pets can sleep in their own kennel or cage.
Pet owners are required to purchase flea collars or treat their pets with a frontline or advantage style product prior to occupancy.
Pet owners will need to bring their own bedding. There is an adjacent park for on-lead exercising of dogs and a medium sized, fully fenced yard.
