Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

The apartment has a seperate lounge and dining, The main bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom has a bath with shower over. The lounge room is at the front of the building facing the main road the windows that have views over Botany Bay are made of 10mm thick glass to minimise traffic noise. If you close the windows it will keep the sound out.

On site parking is available for two cars. Renovated with Polished Timber Floors. There is a BBQ on site and a fully equipped kitchen.

Very handy location 5 minutes to Sydney Airport and 15 minutes to the CBD.

A short stroll to the many restaurants, café's and shops in Brighton. Close to Schools and transport.
