Stunning 2 bed house, in ideal leafy Brighton street location. Fantastic outside deck for entertaining with own private pool & BBQ. Stone throw from cafes, shops and station. The villa is quite, private, light tastefully decorated. Featuring sun drench lounge overlooking the pool, with flat screen tv & foxtel. Soak up the natural light & enjoy the north facing open plan kitchen which spills onto the outdoors private spacious L-shaped courtyard with its own private pool. A large king size master bedroom, with own on suite and 2nd bedroom with two singles. Good size bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate bath. Separate laundry (fully equipped with washer & dryer). Lug garage with remote control door. No suitable for children under 6.
