The huge living area has a true "WOW" factor - leather furniture; 80cm LCD Television; DVD; fully airconditioned. Enormous windows looking out on your private garden.

The stainless steel enhanced kitchen features top quality European appliances. A full Blanco cooker with electric oven and gas hot plates; dishwasher; quality cookware and glassware - a true gourmets delight. It is, of course, open plan to allow mixing with your guests.

A solid wood dining table with 8 leather comfortable chairs - wonderful for a family meal or so conducive to a fabulous night with friends.

Sliding doors give access to your own private FULLY FENCED back garden. Outdoor setting for 8 including, of course, your own BBQ to cook up a storm. Dine out under the awe inspiring country sky - more stars than you have ever seen before.

The main bathroom is absolute state of the art. Huge stand alone bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, quality toiletries - the list goes on..

There is a full laundry with new automatic Washing Machine and Dryer.

The property is capable of being rented as a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house; or a 1 bedroom fully self contained, separate Studio (see Tessies Studio); or when both house and Studio are combined as a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house.

When rented as a 3 bedroom house, for up to 6 people, sleeping arrangements are 1 king, 1 queen and 2 singles. All bedrooms are fitted with top quality, all new bedding. All bedrooms have built in robes and sublime, peaceful garden outlooks.

For a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom option (for more than 6 people) it is necessary to also rent the Studio. The Studio has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, lounge area with comfortable arm chairs, TV & DVD-the perfect retreat whilst still being attached to the main house.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN BRIGHT
Bright is a town for four seasons and has something special to offer at any time of the year.
All seasons in Bright are wonderful for walking. Tessies is within 1 minute of the wonderful Ovens river and its magnificent walks. The walks go for miles and we give you a complete list of them and how to access them starting right from your own back gate.
Winter skiing is the obvious pursuit. If you’re not a skier a visit to the snow just to build a snowman might be on the agenda.
Mt Buffalo and Mt Hotham are about 45-60 minutes away and Falls Creek about 75 minutes away.
Autumn has the magnificent Autumn Festival known Australia wide. The colours of the multitude of European trees as they change hue for winter are absolutely splendid. People come from all over Australia to see the Ovens Valley garbed in magnificent autumn tones. Our own gardens put on their own show at this time and are truly lovely.
Spring is clean, bright and fresh. The river is flowing with melted snow, the bulbs are all out, the birds are twittering as they build their nests. It’s all happy and new. Bushwalking on Mt Buffalo is fantastic at this time – to see all the new life popping out after their winter rest.
Summer – swim in the river, BBQ and eat in your own fully fenced garden eating area – or just sit back and relax in your luxury air conditioned house

If wining and dining is your cup of tea then Bright is for you. It is located on the North East Gourmet Trail – the town and the district abounds in wineries and top class restaurants. There are 3 Chefs Hatted Restaurants in the area – Simones (2 Chefs Hats) is within easy walking distance.
The wineries and restaurants of Milawa, Beechworth and Rutherglen are all just a day trip away.

You can fish, bike ride, hang glide, paraglide, play golf, go for a helicopter ride - or best of all - just relax
