TESSIES STUDIO IS ALL NEW IN 2008

It was set up for couples, or a single, who want stylish accommodation - close to town - and of 5 star standard.

It consists of a 1 bedroom fully self contained studio with its own fenced garden containing BBQ and outdoor eating. It has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, lounge area with comfortable arm chairs & couch, TV & DVD.

The kitchenette consists of crockery, plates, cutlery & glassware, a microwave oven, jug, toaster, toasting machine and small fridge.

It is fully air conditioned and has off street parking.

Tessies Studio is completely pet friendly. Pets are welcome inside and there is a fully fenced private garden-just for you. There is a one off fee of $40 per pet per stay to cover the extra cleaning because we let the pets inside.

It is situated at the end of a blissfully quiet court - noone to disturb you - yet you are walking distance to town only 4 flat blocks away.

At the end of the street is a huge park which leads directly to the river and the miles of car free riverside walking tracks.

The whole property is brilliantly conceived and a perfect retreat for the discerning traveller.

Peak Rates at Tessies Studio are $195 per night.

Peak periods are Christmas Fortnight-Minimum 5 nights, Easter & Melbourne Cup-Minimum 4 nights, Hot Rod, & Long Weekends-Minimum 3 nights.

We do not put up our rates for School Holidays

Tessies Studio is completely pet friendly. Pets are welcome inside and there is a fully fenced private garden-just for you. There is a one off fee of $40 per pet per stay to cover the extra cleaning because we let the pets inside.

BOOKING TERMS
DEPOSITS
Credit card details or payment via cheque, money order or direct deposit may be taken to secure your booking. For stays of 2 nights payment in full is required at time of booking. For stays longer than 2 nights a deposit equivalent to 2 nights tariff is payable on booking and the balance of tariff being payable on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
One full nights tariff applies if we cannot rebook the room. HolidayBright is a small family business operation and what may seem like a simple cancellation actually impacts the income of our family. Only place your booking if you are certain about terms and definitely wish to proceed.

All cancellations incur an Administration Fee of $50 regardless of rebooking
