The units themselves are very clean & cosy and due to where they are situated on the property you are allowed plenty of privacy but not too much that you feel you are alone. "'Shady Brooke' was by far the most tranquil, private, peaceful hideaway I've ever had. Perfect for a romantic getaway or an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The setting and landscaped grounds, with the river flowing through, and the birdlife and bridges is certainly a photographers paradise. A credit to the owners - the accommodation can't be faulted. The owners were very friendly, informative and hospitable. Autumn is picture perfect at the cottages, with leaves scattered everywhere. The cottage was modern with all the creature comforts - a home away from home. Was equipped with everything needed to make for a great holiday!"
