Large antique glass cabinet with glassware, assorted books, DVDs, world music and games. New polished timber flooring in all living areas. Large coffee table. Variety of local attractions reading material and house notes.

Kitchen/dining:
Large kitchen, well-appointed with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware and general cooking appliances. Gas cooktop and oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dining table for up to 8, ceiling fan, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Kettle, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities including assorted coffee plungers/tea pot.

Bathrooms: Large bath, shower, toilet, vanity, IXL light/heater/fan.

2nd toilet/vanity

Laundry: LG 7KG front loading washing machine, ironing board & iron, clothes horse. Large outside washing line. Washing basket. Vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.

Outside:
¾ acre beautiful cottage gardens with mystic pathways and secret 'mystery gnomes' garden. Outside fire pit and fire place. Small natural spring running along northern boundary (winter only). Large secure back yard surrounded by beautiful valley views. Two outdoor settings with seating for up to 12. Large Brazilian hammock, brand new stainless steel 6 burner BBQ with hood & wok burner (BBQ utensils provided).

Front and back verandahs, quiet location set back off the road for privacy. Ample car park space. NEW - 2 sun deck & 2 sun lounges.

Mystic View Cottage is only a short scenic walk to the town centre of Wandiligong, Morses Creek, Diggings walk and Alpine Park and just a 5min stroll to the Wandi Maze cafe & Devonshire tea rooms. The walking and biking tracks are of world standard and just outside your door.

Locality

Numerous cafes, wineries, restaurants, breweries to indulge in. Many berry, nut, alpaca, trout and deer farms to visit. Museum and art galleries for the artists to take in. Ski, board, XC ski, fish, mountain bike, paraglide, microlite, abseil, hang glide, climb, take a helicopter joy flights or horse ride for those more adventurous. Cycle along the Rail Trail and for those who like to take in the views a slower pace. Take in the views of our rivers, creeks and High Country trails.

Our cottage and Wandiligong

Wandiligong is a charming old gold mining town just a few minutes drive out of Bright. We are located close to wineries, gourmet food and a great range of outdoor recreation not to mention being surrounded by national parks, cycle trails, horse riding and fantastic river recreation.

Our cottage gardens include one of the oldest and largest elm trees in the area along with many varieties of roses and annuals. Hire of mountain bikes can be arranged for those wanting to explore the area up close.
