Whether you enjoy active pursuits of bushwalking, paragliding, horse riding or 4WD'ing, or just lazing around eating and drinking, this is the property for you.
The location is unbeatable, set amongst the gorgeous bushland of the victorian high country but neighbouring the provincial beauty of apple and pear orchards and pine forests.
In summer enjoy picking vegies from the garden, cooking up your fresh caught fish on the barbie or nipping down to the creek for a swim.
In cooler times the wood burner keeps the house snug, and if conditions are right you can go mushrooming under the chestnuts and pines.
Pets are welcome and we have a 5 acre paddock perfect for horses.
LocalityHistoric Wandiligong with its tea room, pub and art gallery is only 5 minutes drive away; while Bright with its shops, restaurants and wine bars is a total of 10 minutes drive away.
Going further afield you are spoilt for choice with the Harrietville Trout Farm, Gapstead and Boynton's wineries within 30 minutes and a dozen more in the locality, including Milawa with Brown Brothers and the famous cheese factory.
Hotham is just over the hill, taking 55 minutes from our door to the top of the lifts. Falls creek is over the next valley and takes approximately 75 minutes.
