LAUNDRY: Washing machine, Dryer, Ironing board and iron. Clothes airer in garage
Outside Area: -
Lock-up garage with access from the laundry, Pergola, Outdoor setting, BBQ,large fully fenced lawned backyard and clothesline
Pet Friendly - Special Conditions.
Please note your dog is allowed in the internal garage and laundry area, but is not permitted within the carpeted areas of the unit. Fully fenced yard and covered verandah at the back.
