Holiday house

Antalya is a beautiful 4 bedroom holiday home built in 1950 in art deco style and extensively renovated in 2007. It is as close to the water as you can get in Bridport as the ocean is just over the road. With polished timber floors, stone kitchen benches and an en suite to die for, it really is THE place to stay in Bridport. Outside you can choose from the large timber deck at the front with ocean views through the trees or the lovely polished concrete entertainment area out the back with its unique partly covered barbecue area. The large back lawn is very gently sloping and ideal for cricket in the summer or for kicking a football in the winter.

Bedding Configuration: The main bedroom has a queen bed. Another bedroom has a double bed. There is one 4 bed bunk room and one 2 bed bunk room. There is a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge and a fold up single that can be set up wherever it suits.

Heating is supplied by an efficient heat pump so together with the double glazing you will not be cold if staying in the cooler months.

Locality

Bridport is about an hour's drive from Launceston in Northern Tasmania.It is a small fishing and holiday town and has a hotel,cafes,coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, library, on line access centre. Antalya is only a few minutes drive from Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links. The Bridport Golf Club is only 2 minutes away as well.

The beach is immediately over the road. Anyone with their own kayak can be in the water in a minute after walking out the front gate.

Barnbougle Dunes is less than 10 minutes drive away and Bridport Golf Club is about 3 minutes away

Waterfront

Accommodation within 50 metres of waterfront available.

You cannot get another property any closer to the water in Bridport. Between Antalya and the water is just Bentley St and a walk of a few metres.

Rooms and rates

The rates do not include linen as you are welcome to bring your own. Linen may be hired foir $25 per person for the duration of the stay. Off Peak weekend rate is $410 for the weekend from Friday 2pm until 10am check out on the Monday.(From the beginning of May to the end of October, Sunday night is included free unless it has been already booked. In this case check out will be 10am Sunday.) If booking for longer than a weekend, Sunday night free does not apply.
Peak times are Christmas Eve until Tas school starts in February. Also long weekends and Easter. Up to $400 per night. (Easter is a minimum stay of 4 nights and long weekends are 3 nights minimum).
Shoulder times are most of the months of December, February and March.
All nights at these times will be $205 per night.
All other days are $190 per night during the week and $205.00 a night for Friday and Saturday nights. These rates apply until April 1 2012 but are subject to change.
