Chalet

The Swiss style wooden chalets at Sunnyhurst are cosy and fully self contained. We have two and four bedroom chalets offering a variety of possibilites for couples, families and groups.

Each chalet has its own equipped kitchen and private verandah with its own gas BBQ. The wood fired heater will keep you warm and cosy in winter, the air conditioning cool in summer.

For entertainment we offer an in-ground swimming pool, a nine hole crazy golf course (designed with kids in mind but the adults love it too!), a variety of farm animals which are hand fed twice a day. Carlos the Shetland Pony is the boss of the paddock and comes out for a walk each morning - guests help brush and walk him every day.

Situated only 3kms from historic Bridgetown we are situated in a rural enviromnet with views of the hills and valleys in every direction.

What's more, our neighbour is the award winning Sunnyhurst Winery where Mark will gladly assist in tasting and wine education as well as show you his beautiful gardens.

Sunnyhurst Chalets is the ideal place to do as much or as little as you wish.

Locality

Bridgetown is a historic town set in the picturesque Blackwood Valley. Originally settled by sheep farmers in the mid-1800's it developed into an apple growing region up until the 50's and 60's.
Sunnyhurst is only 3km from the "town centre" which these days is known for its boutique shops and funky cafes whilst retaining its traditional vibe.
We are glad proud to say that Bridgetown will never become another Margaret River!
