Ultra luxurious facilities include spas, foxtel, CD players, open wood fires, airconditioning,original artworks, fresh flowers in every room and thousands of books. Breakfast is a delight. Very central, with only an hour or 1.5 hours to Margaret River, Walpole, Nannup, Balingup and Pemberton. It has 600m of private river frontage, and surrounded by uncleared crown land, yet it is 5min walk to the centre of town. All fruit served at breakfast is grown in the 5 acre garden.
