Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted,
Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only,
Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided

Pets are welcome at the property, they are not allowed inside the house unless house trained. A bond of $50.00 is required and is refundable provided all doggie waste is cleaned up

Holiday house

a great pet friendly holiday home within a 100 metres of pumicestone passage. Boat ramp pet friendly beach and cafes all easy walking distance. The home has 2 big bedrooms upstairs plus a sunroom. With the fold out sofa bed in the lounge it will accommodate 7 people upstairs. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. The bathroom has been recently renovated it has a double size shower and marble vanity. A/C in the lounge and main bedroom as well as ceiling fans. It is fully screened. Downstairs is a rumpus room which can double as another bedroom as it has a fold out double sofa bed and a seperate shower and toilet. A laundry is also provided downstairs. The back yard is fully fenced there is an inground pool and entertaiment pavilion with gas BBQ for entertaining.
Parking for 4 cars plus an area for a boat or van.

Locality

Bellara is part of beautiful Bribie Island with an array of cafes restaurants RSL and sporting clubs (2 golf clubs and 3 bowls), supermarkets, speciality shops and boutiques. A surf beach and still water beach all within 5 mins easy drive. Situated 40mins to Brisbane and 35mins to the Sunshine Coast for day trips. These include Australia Zoo or Underwater world, as well as the spectacular mountain communities of Maleny or Montville.
