Recently completed ground floor apartment set in exclusive garden area with private entrance to the beach. An expansive deck with water views overlooks the beautiful Pumicestone Passage, parkland & sandy beach
The apartment offers air-conditioned comfort with sensational views from living room/dining/kitchen and main bedroom
A gourmet kitchen provides the opportunity to entertain in style and includes large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and cooking facilities
The apartment has accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms A large queen size luxury master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single ensembles
All linen provided
Laundry facilities are contained within the apartment and include front loader washing machine and dryer
Undercover secure parking for 2 vehicles, in-ground pool/spa and BBQ located within complex.

Locality

Bribie Island is less than 1 hours drive from the Brisbane CBD, and has easy access to the Sunshine Coast and Noosa.
4 wheel drive vehicles have access to the surf beach with 30 kms of unspoilt beach and fresh water lagoons. Beach permits are available
The apartment is within walking distance to shops restaurants and clubs
The island boasts 2 golf courses. The more recent to be completed is Pacific Harbour, a world class links course with a spectacular 18 hole championship facility.
