"Looks are deceiving. This was one of the best equiped units that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and neat when we arrived. There was more than enough room for everyone with 3 big bedrooms, great kitchen, dining and very large balcony. The unit is situated close to the water, and walking distance to places to eat. I would highly recommend this unit for accommodation."

"We found the Surfside Unit to be excellent. It was huge and had all the comforts of home.
It would definitely suit a family or even two families with little ones.
The down side for us was that we found the rest of the area very run down - as we came for a birthday party for a special family member it did not worry us. Although to find a good coffee shop was hard.
The Unit itself was excellent but from the outside it was nothing - the area outside the garage needs to be tidied up -"

"The unit that we stayed in was extremely spacious with the largest patio I've ever seen in a unit. Furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable and unit was very handy to the beach however there were no water views which didn't really bother me. The only issue that we had was that there was no airconditioning or fans and the week that we were there it was extremely hot and this made it very uncomfortable.
