Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Come and appreciate Bribie. This is a very special Unit and is available all year round. There is a very short stroll to the patrolled surf beach. This is the only patrolled surf beach on the island and is therefore ideal for family getaways.
Woorim has a 4WD track for enthusiasts.
The Unit sleeps 6 and is tastefully furnished.Linen is not supplied. There is a Huge front deck of this 3rd storey appartment with own BBQ. The Unit is secure with above street locked car parking and secure access. There are Courtesy buses for major venues in Bribie. There is a Bus stop downstairs for those who do not wish to use a vehicle

Locality

Bribie is a short distance from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and has many wonderful attractions of interest to all ages. Log on to Bribie Island on the net to find more information re the locality.
There is a large retired community on Bribie so the pace is very relaxed and friendly it is also very economical.
There are a few bowls & golf clubs on Bribie.
As the Unit is so large, it is ideal for the larger family to enjoy or for couples holidaying together. The unit sleeps six.The unit sleeps six comfortably.

Property

The property is tastefully furnished Leather recliner lounges, Queen size beds all new.The main bedroom and the living areas are airconditioned.
The parking is secure in an above ground car park access is with remote control only. The external fort knox appearance belies the luxurious style and peaceful harmony within. After a stay at this exclusive apartment, you too will be planning to return for subsequent holiday breaks. It is truly a beautiful place and so close to the beach, the surf and all amenities.
