6 romantic cottages reminiscent of C19th Miner's Cottages all with your own verandah, cosy woodfires and elegantly furnished with luxurious bathrooms.
Included in your stay is private accommodation, a Fully cooked breakfast,lunch if staying more than one night, access to hiking trails, old goldmines, and picnic spots with spectacular views across the Shoalhaven river gorge.

Locality

"Old Timberlight" is located Just one and a Half hours from Canberra and two and a half hrs from Sydney via marulan.
Old Timberlight is located in the Shoalhaven Hinterland overlooking the Shoalhaven river gorge (600ft down)

Property

Old Timberlight was once a fertile gold mining area of the C19th, consisting of 1900 acres of truly australian bush and about 300 acres of grazing land.
Remnants of bygone years are there to be discovered while waltzing through the bush or hiking across the paddocks
Take a pre packed picnic lunch and go and explore. Or, if we are not too busy we'll take you on a guided tour just because we can
