There are two Villas; the Coachhouse Villa c 1903 and the Stables Villa c 1997.

The Coachhouse Villa.
Originally built in 1903, the villa was reconstructed in 2005 into a three bedrooms villa. With its tiled floor throughout (with underfloor heating, of course) and generously proportioned rooms, it is now more like a grand European Villa than a home to horses. Three spacious king bedrooms, each with large ensuites. The former central breezeway is now an extensive lounge/dining area. There is a separate eat-in gourmet kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a European style terrace for alfresco dining.

The Stables Villa.
Built in 1997 the Stables Villa is on two levels. Upstairs there are four king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a central lounge complete with TV/Video, billiard table, lounges around a slow combustion fire and a juke box to complete the fun. Downstairs there is a double luxury shower and spa and a cosy country kitchen.

Luxury
Each Villa has been interior designed with attention to detail. Quality furnishings are stylish and elegant, yet still invite easy comfortable use and relaxed lounging. A mix of antique and wooden furniture creates a special country atmosphere. The generous dining areas and kitchens inspire gourmet meals by candlelight. Mona CMH is not just accommodation - it is truly an exceptional experience.

The Facilities
Nearly eight acres of formal gardens with groomed pathways invite guests to explore the beautiful grounds. There is an all-weather tennis court set amidst the gardens. Rambling climbing roses decorate the tennis court surround. The croquet lawn boasts the spectacular position beside the lake next to the bridge. At the Kings Highway entrance to the property there is a walking/jogging track lined with Quercis Ilex that follows the property's town perimeter and returns to the formal gardens via the "Monet" footbridge. The total graded pathways are 4.5 kilometres, perfect for a long brisk walk or reflective stroll.
