Having it's own private keyed entrance from a car park which will accommodate 2 cars it consists of a lounge/dining room with TV, DVD player, CD with IPOD docker, kitchen with stone bench tops and blackwood cupboards, full cooking facilities, 360 ltr. frost free fridge, small dishwasher and it's own laundry facilities which includes a clothes dryer and washing machine. There is also an outside clothes line for guests use. Unit not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Available to let as either a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom unit Extra bathroom is available on request. The bedding configuation is two bedrooms containing queen size beds the third having two extra long single beds. Any bedrooms or bathrooms not let are locked off.
Sit at the dining room table and enjoy views from the large colonial window over the box hedge to the circular lawn and rose garden whilst sipping that cup of tea/coffee or reading that morning paper.
French doors open onto a lovely LEVEL landscaped garden, with panoramic views, lots of morning sun and total privacy. There are two large undercover sitting areas and just outside the frenchdoors you will find a large gas BBQ with Wok burner and a dining area. A three minute drive will take you to the centre of the city with it's cafes and restaurants and nearby golf courses. An easy straight thru drive to Aurora Stadium. Shops,supermarkets and other amenities including restaurants are all within easy distance. A Metro Bus stop to the city nearby is located within a few minutes walk of the property.
