The UNIT is private and has its own keyed entrance from a private car park and will accommodate 6 persons comfortably with an additional stetcher/cot available if needed. It consists of a lounge/dining room with satellite television, kitchen with granite bench tops and blackwood cupboards, full cooking facilities consisting of an under-bench fan forced oven and hotplates, microwave, 360ltr frost free fridge and a small dishwasher.

Available either as 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom unit with the option of either one or two modern bathrooms the bedding configuation is two bedrooms containing queen beds,the third having two extra long single beds. An extra single fold out bed is available and/or a porta-cot.

The Unit also has it's own laundry facilities which include a clothes dryer and washing machine. There is also an outside clothes line for guests use.

Sit at the dining room table and enjoy views from the large colonial window over the box hedge to the circular lawn and rose garden whilst sipping that cup of tea/coffee or reading that morning paper.

French doors open onto a lovely LEVEL landscaped garden, with panoramic views, lots of morning sun and total privacy. A large undercover entertainment area offering a gas BBQ is also available exclusively for guest's use and this area overlooks a cascading waterfall and pond.

A three to five minute drive will take you to the city and nearby golf courses. Shops,supermarkets, other amenities and restaurants are all within easy distance. A Metro Bus stop to the city nearby is located within a few minutes walk of the property.

Launceston Australia's third oldest city and the surrounding areas offer a wealth of attractions for visitors to the region, such as the Launceston Cataract Gorge which boasts the longest single span chairlift in the Southern Hemisphere, historic homes/gardens and buildings, streetscapes, parks, boutiques, fine antique shops and award winning restaurants and vineyards.
