Ballymena is nestled beside 4 acres of native rainforest and is set within a 6 acre English garden on a 93 acre cattle breeding property. Every aspect of the house presents a picture postcard view. The large north-facing open-plan living area has stunning views over rolling green hills, across National Parks and beyond to the Blue Mountains.

The home is furnished in modern country style. The living room has a large wood burning fire (wood provided) for added winter warmth and ambience. The large farmhouse table seats 10. Two of the bedrooms have king beds (one can be split)and one has a queen bed, while the fourth has beautiful hand crafted sleigh bunk beds. These brand new beds are the most comfortable you can imagine!! A very comfortable sprung double sofa bed provides additional sleeping for two.

The house is well equipped. We provide beautiful linen, doonas and towels. There is a TV, video, DVD, CD and stereo. The modern kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, Asko dishwasher, large new fridge with freezer compartment, Ilve stove with gas burners and elecric overn, many state-of-the-art electric appliances, beautiful cookware, cutlery and crockery. A range of basic cooking ingredients, muesli, tea, coffee, condiments and cleansers are provided. The laundry has a Miele washing machine and a clothes dryer. Hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms.
