Furnished Apartment at Brighton-Le-Sands opposite the beach, with Botany Bay views

"Accomodation clean and fully equipped with use of own garage. Value exceptional especially as it is just across the road from beach, sea and cafe. Maybe its the road noise which brings the rental cost down but its worth it. Shops, cafes, bank, launderette all within walking distance. The airport was only a short taxi ride away and it was very interesting being able to see the planes taking off and landing. The noise they made was no trouble at all. John, the landlord?owner very helpful and accomodating regarding extra keys, when to call, etc.Seeing electric blankets in the beds was a surprise but I suppose they will be very handy in winter months. I expected more in the garden but maybe it was typical of how gardens grow in the climate. I would definitely use this apartment again when visiting this area of Sydney."

"Very good value for money, a little noisy as right on very busy main road. But this also helped with ease of getting to public transport and the likes. Rooms very clean and tidy although bathroom a little outdated. Plenty of restaurants and take aways within easy walking distance. Felt very safe here. "

"We have a pleasant stay there. It was convenient, the charges is appropriate, easy to locate and close to city. The apartment itself was fairly good and have a nice view except noise from nearby road.
Overall, we are satisfied with the condition of the apartment and inhouse facilities as well as the secure car park. "
