"Melrohs" is located in the rural heartland of Boneo, 90 minutes from Melbourne, boasting beautiful rural views across to Cape Schanck National Park and located opposite Boneo Wetlands and a short drive to Gunnamatta Back Beach, Gunnamatta Horse Trials and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Red Hill is an easy 10 minute drive away. The property is nestled amongst the finest golf courses in Australia and an abundance of Wineries and Restaurants.

This property has an entertainment area, including a 15m x 5.5m solar heated and fully glassed fenced pool. There is a cabana and sun lounges, 2 x BBQs in a covered entertaining deck, outdoor surround sound and an indoor games room with a billiard table or Table Tennis in the garage area.

Children will be delighted with the large outdoor playground consisting of a rope ladder, bridge, swing and slide and the large rear grassed flat lawn, perfect for a game of cricket or football.

Relax in the front living room, in front of the plasma TV or admire the views. The large kitchen, open plan dining overlooking the pool and covered entertainers deck are perfect for entertaining. There is a second living room with a wood fireplace, plasma/DVD and 6 stack CD player and stereo.

This lovely holiday house sleeps 10 people in the main house and an additional 4 in the children's/parent's retreat area. The bedding configuration in the main house is: Master - 1 x king bedroom and a spa bath ensuite, Bedroom 2 - 1 x tribunk ( double and single ), Bedroom 3 - Single Bunk Beds x 1 Trundle x 1, Bedroom 4 - 1 x Double. The separate Retreat is 1 x Queen, 2 x single, and there is sofa bed.

The Retreat is fully self contained with a shower, toilet, kitchenette and entertaining facilities.

Other features include: i-Pod connectivity and Wi FI, air conditioning and heating, laundry, port-a-cot (BYO linen), highchair and parking for up to 6 cars and a boat.

The property is nestled amongst an abundance of the finest golf courses in Australia, many wineries and Art Gallaries in and around Red Hill and Flinders, only 15 minutes away is Flinders via a coastal picturesque road. Around the corner is Peninsula Hot Springs where you can enjoy plenty of pampering, or a massage or simply relax in the hot springs. For the children Gunnamatta Trail Rides are only minutes away, or Boneo Maze and Wetlands is across the road, whilst the front beach or back beach is 5 minutes drive. The property is spacious, relaxing and has a serenity like no other.
