Best aspect was that the owner replaced the window that I accidently smashed within a day, and was flexible enough to allow me to stay in another flat until it was fixed.

The property is very well located, less then 5 minutes to the sand and surf at Tamarama. The pool was excellent to quickly cool off and the home is very secluded and secure. There is a great deli a block away and a bus stop to quickly get into town. You can also get into Bondi in a matter of minutes on foot. A great spot!
