Walk down the nearby steps through 'the gully' to Tamarama Beach, located between Bondi and Bronte beaches, or stroll along the famous cliff path, south to Bronte Beach or North to Bondi Beach, - decisions decisions!
5 minute stroll to many and varied bars and restaurants. From 5 star celebrity hangouts, to small cheap and cheerful BYOs.

Shops and public transport on nearby Bondi Road.

Suitable for the visiting excutive who wants to shoot between city appointments and Bondi lifestyle within 30 minutes. Who says you can't mix business with pleasure.

Great for families who don't want the hassle of piling kids into cars or cabs to enjoy a quick swim or boggie board before heading to the kiddie friendly Icebergs Bistro for a delicious steak and a cold bevvy.


IT'S ALL RIGHT ONCE YOU'RE IN!
The apartment block is huge and ugly, albeit a Harry Siedler building (in my opinion, not his proudest moment). But if you can avert your eyes or take the positive approach and get past the ugly exterior, you will be rewarded with a fantastic setting in a unexpectly quiet building. There is ample parking on site but you may find a car unnecessary as the local transport is frequent (every 5 mins) and reliable.

The unit is very bright all day and gets morning sun. Sea breezes keep the unit cool in summer.
