Beachside Bliss I is next to the famous Bondi Beach. It is Bondi's favourite new address. The innovative low rise complex sets new parameters in smart contemporary living.
It is designed around an atrium garden and water feature. It has quality finishes, plenty of light, a fluid living/dining room, fully integrated kitchen (smeg/gas appliances and dishwasher), internal laundry, two sunny balconies with views over a landscaped garden.
There is one spacious bedroom with queen size bed, and a separate study with a fold out double bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, video intercom, flat wide screen TV, DVD home theatre and hi fi system.

LocalityBondi Beach is 8kms from Sydney City: 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus or train and a few minutes from Bondi Junction with it's train station and ultra-modern shopping centre. Buses run every 5 - 30 minutes 24 hours a day.
Bondi is an outdoor-lover's paradise with swimming, surfing, golf, walking and alfresco dining. There is a huge range of restaurants cafes to suit all tastes and budgets in addition to numerous pubs and bars.
The sand and surf is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is no need to leave Bondi Beach with fashionable boutiques and practical shops, banks, post office and a supermarket on your doorstep.
