Holiday house

Brand new, very large home on quiet residential street. Featuring polished timber floors, open plan designer kitchen (with walk-in pantry) and large living spaces (separate lounge and dining rooms). Lounge room with TV, DVD and stereo. Two designer bathrooms (with baths), 3 bedrooms and attic lounge room with wet bar, TV, video and stereo. Terrace off attic with harbour and city views. Main bedroom with king size bed, harbour bridge view, ensuite (with 2 person bath) and walk in robe, TV. Second bedroom (queen bed) with built-in wardrobe, TV and balcony. Third bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed), small desk, walk in robe and small store room. Guest powder room and fully equipped laundry. Lovely sunny courtyard off kitchen, with BBQ, linked to backyard. Located 2 mins easy walk into Bondi Junction with huge shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants, and major transport services. Less than 10 mins on bus to Bondi Beach. One secure off street parking space available (one on-street permit available at cost ($75 from Council)). Fully self contained, with linen, towels etc. Wireless internet available. WEEKLY RATES VARY DEPENDING ON TIME OF THE YEAR AND LENGTH OF STAY (from $2250 - $4300 per week).
MINIMUM 1 WEEK BOOKING OVER XMAS AND NEW YEARS EVE.
