A quiet large master bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed leads to the livingkitchen area which opens via french doors to a court-yard filled with ornamental ferns, birds of paradise and a vegetable garden full of herbs and other edibles. Pick some butter lettuce for dinner or a strawberry for dessert on your way in - or enjoy a relaxing morning in the dappled sunlight reading the paper and breathing in the smell of the garden.

Venturing out to Bondi's buzzing cafes and small bars takes all of a couple of minutes and the beach is only a further 5 minutes away. After the beach grab your racquet and enjoy a game of tennis at the wonderful courts adjoining the property, or stroll one block further and hop the bus service into the city.
