This well presented 3 bedroom home situated only 300m walking distance to the beach comes fully furnished, containing bathroom/toilet and additional toilet. Split system a/c aswell as ceiling fans throughout, outside BBQ entertaining area with well presented gardens in a peaceful location, only 10mins drive to Nelson Bay Surrounded by popular Stockton and One Mile Beach. Tennis court and bus stop across the road.

The property is situated as a dual occupancy with a seperate self contained flat at the front of the cottage, seperately fenced off. The property is fully fenced and secure for both children and pets.

The bedrooms consist of a queen bed in the main bedroom with built in wardrobes, a double bed in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a pull out sofa in the lounge for any additional guests that may stay the night. A portacot is also available should this be required for infants. Pillows and blankets are provided. However linen is not, though is available for hire.
