The Caravan Boat Harbour has all the creature comforts of home including 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher, a combined lounge and dining area, a large porch at front and an entertaining deck at the rear plus double lock-up garage and plenty of off street parking.

Surrounded by National Parklands, the heart of Boat Harbour is a protected sandy beach, ideal for small children and family games of beach cricket. Professional and even amateur fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from the Beach. Boat Harbour has become an ideal vantage point for watching the whales in their natural environment as they migrate up and down the east coast.

From the moment you enter this property you will feel instantly relaxed and at home. A colonial style bull-nose verandah welcomes you to the property which looks out to fantastic hinterland views and offers outdoor seating for 2. The combined lounge and dining room features 2x 2 seater lounges, timber and wrought iron coffee table, side board and matching dining suite with seating for 6, a 32 flat screen TV with built-in DVD, VCR, CD player and an MP3 player. There is sliding door access to the front verandah from the main lounge area.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove top, oven and a microwave. Sliding doors allow access to the rear decking which features an outdoor setting for 6 ideal for alfresco dining, a large wind-up sun umbrella and distant hinterland views. The fully equipped laundry offers a top loading washing machine and ironing facilities with an outdoor line for drying situated at the rear of the property.
