If you have a love of the ocean and an appreciation for the natural landscape then you will absolutely love this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Perched high on the hill overlooking Boat Harbour this home has everything you will need for a relaxing beach holiday including a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable 3x seater lounge and 2x arm chairs,,42 inch flat screen TV,,standard DVD, CD Player with sound system, a solid timber dining suite for 6 guests plus wall to ceiling windows, with access to the full length undercover balcony area with gas BBQ, outdoor setting and hinterland views. The massive family size kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a double door fridge with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, wall oven, stove top, microwave and plenty of bench space for preparing meals. There is a 2nd living room on the bottom level ideal for the teenagers which has a split system air conditioner, arm chairs, a 42 inch flat screen TV, Blu-ray,DVD, CD player and sliding door access to another covered balcony area.
The spacious master bedroom offers a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, ceiling fan, hinterland views plus a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, large corner bath, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a wrought iron double size bed, bedside table, built-in robe and hinterland views with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x single beds, bedside table, built-in robe and hinterland views. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, vanity, glass shower, toilet and heating.
