Danish owned, designed & craftsmen. As new beach house with lots of return guests. Open plan contemporary design with 3 bedrooms,sleeps 8, master with en-suite. Polished timber floors, ultra stylish kitchen & bathrooms. EVERYTHING NEW WITH QUALITY FITTINGS THROUGHOUT.
Backs onto picturesque acreage & conveniently close to shops & Beach.
Please note animals are NOT accepted under any circumstances.
3 minute stroll to Blueys & Boomerang Beach, pick up the newspaper on the way. Close to the shops. Just come & enjoy.
NOW with - heating & air conditioning so is very comfortable at any time of the year.

Situated on Boomerang Drive, Bluey\'s Beach.
2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney.
15 min drive to major supermarkets.

There is another entertainment deck off the dining room with a second outdoor setting & gas BBQ.
The master bedroom has a queen bed & en-suite bathroom & opens onto the veranda.
Bedroom 2 has two singles which can be zipped together to form a king bed.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
Stylish main bathroom with shower & bath. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer.
Double lock up garage & level fenced yard at rear complete this holiday house.

PLUS
BLUE VOGUE is situated next door to Cerulean Blue ( same owner) so that several families can stay close by but still have their own space. Special rates when both properties booked together.
Lower level has a self contained apartment ( Blueys apartment sleeps 4) that is also available for rental separately or as part of a package.
