Only 3 hours from Sydney, this Cape Cod styled home with its sumptuous interior and surroundings will make you feel you are in that unique place which you will never want to leave and have you wanting to come back time and time again.
,There has been no expense spared on this stunning house from the designer furnishings and bedroom decor to luxury linen and timber floors throughout.
The house has been positioned to make the most of the stunning views with the balcony being the place to sit back, relax and take in the surroundings. View the dolphins at play in the crystal blue waters and friendly kookaburras passing by. Just turn on the out door BBQ in the out door kitchen area and immerse your senses in the best that Blueys has to offer.
The open plan kitchen gazes out to the coastal view, decorated in clean white lines with white stone bench tops,,as well as large fridge and freezer. All appliances are Bosch with all you need to enjoy a luxury holiday.
Offering 3 Bathrooms in total with floor to wall white tiles paved with white mosaics and stone bench tops, all fittings are stainless steel including tap ware and heated towel rails. 2 of the bathrooms have double basins and all 3 bathrooms have large shower heads with the main ensuite consisting of a huge double shower! This is not including the outdoor shower!
The house has several defining features including, open plan lounge and living area with wall mounted 40 plasma television with home theatre for use with DVDs and Austar included. The main bedroom also offers a wall mounted plasma for your entertainment and amazing ocean and headland views.
