Location is a key feature of the property - a 5 minute walk over the old timber railway bridge brings you to the main street of Nannup, a quaint timber town in the heart of the Blackwood River Valley. The view from the house verandah is of the rolling hills that surround the town.
There are walk & cycle trails at the door; leave your cares behind as you breathe in the forest air.. no pollution between Nannup & Africa!

Locality

The property is visible from the Vasse Highway, and just 2 kms from the town. It is a short and pleasurable walk to town via the old timber railway bridge.

Property

Queenslander-style house with each bedroom opening directly on to the verandah. 5 acres, bordered by river and forest. Lovely valley views. Ideal for walkers and off-road cyclists. The Munda Biddi cycle trail goes right past the property and there is a large shed for housing and working on bikes.

Well trained dogs are welcome to sleep on the verandah, on their own bedding, outside their owner's bedroom. The wind out windows allow your pet to hear your voice, however the pet must be kept on the verandah overnight, i.e. tethered.
