Holiday house

'Bundaleer' - tree canopy - is a 3 bedroom house located at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast. It is 10 to 15 minutes drive to beaches and fishing is just 5 minutes away. It is ideally located for access to the hinterland and is close to many other coast attractions
The house is located high on the side of a hill and has panoramic views of the Maroochy River valley from the top deck. The deck is at tree canopy level and you can enjoy relaxing amongst the native birdlife. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden and walkways.
The house is a 'pole' house located on a hillside. Access is via a stairway from the roadway to entry level. There is also an internal stairway with child safety gate. The location of the house means great views and a feeling of living among the treetops but it is not suitable if stairs are a problem for you. Parking is kerbside on a quiet local street.
Reverse cycle airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, digital TV, DVD player, and stereo with ipod dock are provided.
A child safety gate is located at the top of the internal stairs.
All linen is provided - this includes sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bathmat, hand towels and teatowels. There are adequate doonas, pillows and blankets for each bed. A weekly cleaning/linen service can be arranged if required for an additional charge.

Locality

A holiday at Bli Bli allows you to relax in a quiet location, yet you are still only a short drive to the major coast attractions and beaches. A small shopping centre is just minutes away. It is ideally located for easy access to the hinterland.

Property

The property is located on a hillside overlooking the Maroochy River valley. There are panoramic views of the valley from the top deck. The deck is at tree canopy level - you can enjoy breakfast with the native birds around you, Birds regularly come to the deck to feed from the bird feeders. You can relax on either the top or lower deck and enjoy the sea breezes.

Property is approx 10 minutes drive to Twin Waters or Mudjimba beaches. It has the advantage of being a short drive to the beach but being away from the 'busy' atmosphere of beachfront locations.

There is a wetland sanctuary within 1 km where birdlife abounds.

Property is 5 minutes drive to the Maroochy River where there is adequate parking and boating facilities. Kayak and canoe could be stored on the lower deck.

Fishing

Property is located 5 minutes drive from Maroochy River where there is plenty of parking and a boat ramp. There is also a barramunda fishing park within 5 minutes drive.
