(a) UP TO 30th JANUARY INCL AUSTRALIA DAY $300 per night or $1,650 per week - PLUS 33% DISCOUNT FOR 8th NIGHT & BEYOND.
(b) First & Third Term - $1,250 per week
(c) Winter/Second Term (June/July) - $1,000 per week.

***EASTER $1,800 - Thursday Night to Tuesday Afternoon.***

OTHER LONG WEEKENDS - $350 per night - (Not Easter)
(a) Labour Day & Queens Birthday etc - 3 nights & 3 days Friday night to Monday afternoon $1050.
(b) Melbourne Cup Weekend (4 nights and 4 days) - $1,400.

NORMAL WEEKEND RATES - Not Holidays/Long W'ends.
(a) November to March $300 per night (Min stay 2 nights).
(b) September/October & April/May $250 per night (2 nights).
(c) Winter Special June to August - $225 per night (2 nights).

MID WEEK BREAKS - MIN 3 NIGHTS.
