Great for 2 or 3 families sharing or group get- to- gethers, the Dunes is huge!
Sleeps up to 16 in comfort in 5 very spacious bedrooms.
There are 2 huge seperate lounge areas, one downstairs next to the kitchen and outdoor BBQ area and one upstairs leading onto a deck with great views. This upstairs lounge/rumpus is a lovely sunny room with great views. There is a bookcase filled with books and videos for adults and kids alike.
The Dunes has 2 dining areas, one next to the kitchen with a table for 12 and another in the glass gallery area with floor to ceiling windows all around, perfect for lazy breakfasts and lunches.
There are 4 outdoor deck areas and 3 bathrooms,plus an outside shower. There is a huge and inviting open fireplace, with plenty of wood provided. Perfect for snuggling up next to with a bottle of red or a good book
There is ample off street parking, a huge garden secluded at the back of the property and even room for a boat!
Pets are welcome
Very impressed, the property looks just like the photos on the internet. A beautiful place to stay. There were five children ages 4-12yrs and six adults, we never once felt cramped, plenty of space for the kids to play and have fun. Plenty of space for the adults to have fun too! The Dunes helped to make my Mum's 60th birthday weekend a very special and unforgettable celebration

LocalityThe Dunes is a short stroll to the most beautiful surf beach which also has huge sand dunes which kids just can't resist running down. This is also a dog friendly off lead beach and very private. At low tide there are fabulous rock pools to explore, some big enough to swim in!
It's about a 15 minute walk to Blairgowrie and the gentle lapping bay beaches, perfect for young kids.
Blairgowrie is a lovely village with some great cafe's and shops and an excellent supermarket full of wonderful deli items.
There are 50 wineries with cellar doors about a 20 minute drive away, many of them with excellent restaurants. Sorrento and Rye are both just a 5 minute drive away with their myriad shops and cafe's.
In Sorrento you can catch the ferry to Queenscliff and also hop on a boat to swim with the dolphins and seals
The Mornington Peninsula is known as a golf mecca, there are dozens of first class golf courses within minutes of the Dunes PropertyThe Dunes is one of a kind. It has a lovely relaxed feel to it and is equipped with everything you need for a fabulous getaway.
