Brookes cottage was an older home fully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and another self contained cottage with kitchen and toilet/bathroom.The property is a 2 minute stroll to the bay beach and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the back beaches.Blairgowrie is 5 minutes drive from Sorrento with its famous shops and amenities. The house is very spacious with a large deck to enjoy the outdoors but with a treed outlook for your privacy.A modern kitchen with new appliances inc.dishwasher ,it is a very comfortable house for your beach holiday.
