Cottage, Holiday house

Brookes cottage was an older home fully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and another self contained cottage with kitchen and toilet/bathroom.The property is a 2 minute stroll to the bay beach and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the back beaches.Blairgowrie is 5 minutes drive from Sorrento with its famous shops and amenities. The house is very spacious with a large deck to enjoy the outdoors but with a treed outlook for your privacy.A modern kitchen with new appliances inc.dishwasher ,it is a very comfortable house for your beach holiday.All linen provided icluded in tarriff. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SCHOOLIES GROUPS DUE TO SAFETY AND RESIDENTIAL AREA ISSUES.

Locality

Blairgowrie is the lesser known gem on the Mornington Peninsula and has all the benefits withuot some of the problems that come with popularity.Beautiful beaches aplenty ,great resuarant variety and a short walk means no need to drive even with the kids. Nearby markets are very popular ,horse riding with establised organisations,guided walking tours, or DIY ,swim with dolphins,Point Nepean national park,wineries of the peninsula,various maze,festivals,golf courses including some of Australia's best ,a perfect holiday location without opening the wallet all day.
