Breakaway has just about everything taken care of. Breakaway is perfectly located and is only 350m to the Blairgowrie front beach, and near the dog friendly, Camerons Bight beach. You can walk to the Blairgowrie shops for your morning coffee and paper, or for the lazy brunch. The back beach is only a 15 minute walk in the other direction. There is off street parking and room for a boat.
Breakaway is beautifully furnished, with 2 separate living areas, a huge back yard where everything that you need has been catered for.

We've thought of everything! Breakaway has 3 bedrooms, two with QS beds and one for the kids, with 3 bunks (BYO linen). There are 4 couches, one of which is also a sofa bed. Both living areas have TVs and video/dvd players, with the main area having a 42" plasma. We even have a selection of dvds and videos as well as some toys to keep the kids (and adults) amused. There is an open fire place to set the mood for that romantic night, or for that nice bottle of red and a good book (wood can be purchased locally). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is reverse cycle heating / air conditioning to the main living area. The 10 seat dining table has enough room for you all. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath. Outside there are front and rear decks, a 6 burner rotisserie BBQ, 10 seat outdoor setting and umbrella. For the kids there is a basketball ring, play ground and sandpit. We even have boogie boards and assorted sports gear for the kids to use. The rear yard is fully fenced to keep the kids and your pooch in - yes - you can bring your dog - but please leave them outside and clean up after them.

Blairgowrie is such a wonderful place on the peninsula. The safety and tranquillity of the front beach is only 300m away and the magnificent ocean coast line is only a 10-15 minute walk away. You can walk through the National Park and enjoy the surf, or experience the rock pools at low tide. Imagine sunset walks along the beach only minutes from your door.
You can enjoy cosmopolitan Sorrento, or the quieter Blairgowrie which has all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, newsagent and coffee shops. Sorrento is only 3km away.

This property can sleep up to 10 adults in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 3 full size bunks , with a pullout sofa in the lounge area. A portacot is also available for infants.

All pillows and doonas are supplied. Please supply your own linen including pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels, beach towels, hand towels.
