Modern FSC 2-storey home in great location is available on a weekly or w/end basis all year round. It offers dual accommodation for families/friends with 2 separate living areas,2 bathrooms/toilets and sleeps a maximium of 7.

The upper level consists of
Bedroom 1. Queen Bed
Bedroom 2. 2 Single Beds
living room with LCD TV & DVD,Board Games,
New fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances,microwave and diswasher.
Separate Dining room,
bathroom & separate toilet,
open fireplace & reverse cycle air conditioning.

The lower level includes
Bedroom 3. 1. Double Bed (Bunk)
1 single bed (Bunk)

Sofa,dining & living area LCD
TV& DVD,New kitchenette with fridge,
bathroom & toilet.

Other facilities include
laundry (Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer)
large outdoor entertainment area with dining for 10,
6 burner BBQ

overlooking landscaped gardens and private undercover parking for car/boat.

A short stroll to the nearby beach, shops, cafés, yacht club and boat ramps. Close, driving distance to golf courses, wineries and other attractions. Only a few minutes drive to Sorrento it's a great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula. A perfect way to spend a romantic winters night by the open fire, or a summer's day at the beach.
