Situated in a beautiful private garden setting this studio apartment is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer. A short walk to surf beach and bay beach, cafes, shops,gallery, sailing clubs. Close proximity to golf courses, wineries, spas and restaurants. Handy to the wonderful Peninsula markets. Swim with the dolphins, go fishing or shopping or eat at some fine local resaurants. Close to Sorrento and Ferry to Queenscliff. Explore the history, go to the local footy......ideal for those attending a function such as a wedding. Furnished in modern style. All one needs to bring are your clothes and food.,.
