Holiday house

Everything has been thought of - all you need to do is pack your clothes and beach towels.( Linen and bath towels can be hired for $15 per person or BYO if you prefer)

Main living room with an open fire, leather sofas and 42" digital TV and DVD.
Second living / rumpus room with kids games, DVDs and books for all the family, TV/video/DVD. (Board games and DVDs for for adults are kept in main WIR out of kids reach)

Both living areas have reverse cycle heating /cooling.

Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee machine. Basic supplies eg salt, pepper, oil, flour, glad wrap, tea bags are provided.
Beautiful solid timber dining table which as is seats 8 comfortably but can extend to easily seat 10 adults.
Extensive north facing decking with large timber outdoor setting and large gas BBQ.

Warm outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Garden is fenced / planted to contain young children - it is an ideal play area with a great cubby house.

Accessed from a quiet dirt road - very little / no through traffic - an idillic retreat. Off street park for 2 to 3 cars.

Please note that a security bond of $500 will be required to be paid for all bookings before details on how to access the property will be provided.
Final cleaning costs are included in the price as long as no more than 3 hours are required to clean the property.

Beach

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Ideal secluded spot - walk to back beach and beautiful walking trails within minutes. Front bay beach is also an easy walk/drive down Hughes Road. This is the narrowest point of the Peninsula - so great access to the calm waters of the bay beaches and the more active waters of the back beach.

Family Friendly

Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games/videos for children under 5 available, Games/videos for children between 5 and 12 available, Games room, Fenced/safe outdoor play area.

We have young kids - and bought this house to share with friends and family - so it is ideal to hold 2 families each with a couple of kids. There are 2 living areas - one set-up with TV, Video/DVD player and kids books/toys - and one with an open fire place for the adults.

Full size cot ( not portacot) is available. 2 highchairs. Kids cubby house with ships wheel and periscope - kitchen and kids chairs etc.

Ideal garden for kids to run and explore and use their imagination - fully fenced.

Double pusher is available on request.

If you enjoy golf there are many courses on the Peninsula that are open to visitors.

Wine Appreciation

Winery tours available nearby.

Enjoy a nice drop of wine - make the short drive to the many delightful wineries on the peninsula offering beautiful wine and food - not to mention delightful views.

Winter Holiday

Log fire.

The house has a beautiful limestone fireplace for a warming wood fire - nothing better than a cosy weekend away with friends in the middle of winter, dinner around a beautiful wooden table followed by red wine and converstaion infront of an open fire. (There is also reverse cycle heating if you can't be bothered to light the fire). You can also escape for a day of relaxation at the Peninsula Hot Springs
