Escape to Balloch Braes and enjoy all that Blairgowrie and Sorrento have to offer.

Located on a pretty street, about half way between the front beach and back beach and a 5 minute drive to historic Sorrento, you have the opportunity to fill your days with a range of activities to suit your taste.

Balloch Braes is a fully renovated three bedroom house with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge, oven and electric hotplate
All major utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses (red wine, white wine and champagne), saucepans etc are provided so there is no need for you bring additional items.
The big screen LCD television and DVD player allows you to catch up on a few of those movies you have been meaning to watch! An IPOD dock is also provided.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and is located next to the family bathroom. The third bedroom accommodates the children with two sets of sturdy bunks with safety rails and built in robes.
The kid's bedroom also has a television, DVD player and WII games console to provide a space for the kids to relax away from the grown-ups. There are some console games and board games provided however you may also wish to bring your own!
The family bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath. There is a separate toilet with a second toilet in the ensuite.
The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and bar fridge.
All bedrooms and living spaces are cooled by system air conditioning, providing a welcome relief on those warm, summer days.
Good quality doonas, pillows and doona covers are all provided.

Enjoy your lazy breakfast in the sunny courtyard or on the deck, with bacon and eggs cooked on the BBQ.

Relax with a book in the afternoon under the shade of the trees.

There is ample room for off street parking in the driveway which includes room to store a boat and up to three cars.

The carport has a table tennis table in which the kids (or adults) can retreat to in the evening for a friendly game of table tennis.

The outdoor area is also fully fenced for peace of mind for those of you with young children.
